Q: When I read the prices
are these on the flat or curved surfaces?
Flat. Curved surfaces will be more, depending how tight is the
curve – tight curves are more expensive then shallow curves.
Q: Can you explain the different
substrates?
Aluminum Honeycomb – for airplanes this is a different
specification then for yachts, or interiors. The thickness of
the honeycomb is dependent on the stress factors – i.e.
unsupported surfaces – thicker Honeycomb other substrates
are marble, GRP, Particle Board and unbreakable glass or equivalent.
Q: Can GRP surfaces be seamlessly
fixed to aluminum?
YES!
Q: Can flat and round surfaces
be seamlessly constructed together?
A: YES!
Q: Can one surface have
a number of Gemstone Surfaces combined?
YES!
Q: Can you provide trims
or edging?
Any commercial trim can be used, alternatively we can profile
edging in Gemstone or we can cast edging in bronze and 24 carat
gold plate or we can carve a trim in gemstone – very costly
or carve in marble – much less costly.
Q:
Some stones vary a lot in price, dependent on grade?
High grade gemstones are required by jewelry industry, which
pushes the prices up.
Q: What is the minimum thickness that veneers can be applied?
2mm. For flooring the minimum is 5mm to 10mm depending on the
stone.
Q: Can you inlay stones
to create an image in gemstones?
YES. There is a six months lead time for this.

What is the normal lead time?
60 days
Q: Do you maintain
inventory?
No, everything is custom made.

Do you send out free samples?
Unfortunately the demand for free samples of gemstones is unlimited,
we could not satisfy the demand

How do you ship?
Normally by air on UPS – there is one UPS station for
500 miles but it happens to be next to us. 10 -15 days delivery
expedited or can go by sea 6 weeks.

Easiest is email, we are 12 hours ahead of California –
look on the website to see the current time in JAIPUR and then
call us on Skype. Europe and the USA please call when you get
to work in the morning we are open up to 10am PST. Monday to
Saturday; closed Sunday unless very urgent circumstance.
